Among them, the most prominent is Khuong Binh, a 17-year-old female student studying at a village school. Currently, Khuong Binh is a first-year student in the Fashion Design department of Lien Thuy Vocational College (Jiangsu, China).

In the preliminary round, the female student scored 93 points and ranked 12th. This result helped Khuong Binh advance straight to the finals. In this year's competition, the female student is considered one of the mysterious factors. "Math is present in every aspect of life, fashion is no exception. When designing clothes, I need to use drawing skills, cutting symmetry. All are related to Math".

Talking about the opportunity to enter the contest, the female student said that she accidentally saw it on social media and wanted to try it. "I usually study Math seriously. I hope that when I participate in the contest, my ability will be recognized by others."

Khuong Binh's future plan is to pass the university entrance exam. "No matter what the future holds, I will still keep my passion for Math. If Fashion Design is my goal A, exploring Math will be my goal B." The female student affirmed that she will not give up either of these two fields, because they are both passions.

The Global Mathematics Competition is organized by Alibaba Group and DAMO Academy. This is the 6th consecutive year the competition has been held. The final round will take place on June 22. Contestants will have to compete for 8 hours straight. The overall winner will receive a prize worth more than 4 million yuan (14 billion VND).
