Mr. Le Quang Duc - Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee said: "In the past time, Ha Tinh City has implemented many projects to upgrade and renovate traffic routes associated with the technical infrastructure system of main roads in the area, which have been approved and supported by the people; at the same time, it has promoted efficiency in urban management and development. With the goal of continuing to implement the key theme of urban beautification, the City People's Council decided to invest in a number of public investment projects, including the Project to upgrade and renovate a number of roads and technical infrastructure around Ha Tinh market. The project was approved by the City People's Committee for its economic and technical report at the end of December 2023 and will be completed in 2024. The investment in the project will contribute to creating more highlights for the city in the city's new development journey, while creating momentum for socio-economic development, contributing to improving the quality of life for the people".

The project to upgrade and renovate some roads and technical infrastructure around Ha Tinh market will be implemented on 3 roads: Ngo Duc Ke, Ha Ton Muc, Nguyen Chi Thanh.

The project will invest in upgrading and renovating the infrastructure around Ha Tinh market within the scope of 3 routes: Ngo Duc Ke, Ha Ton Muc, Nguyen Chi Thanh. The starting point of the project is at the intersection of Ngo Duc Ke and Dang Dung streets; the end point is at the intersection of Nguyen Chi Thanh and Dang Dung streets.

The roads will have their sidewalks, lanes, and parking lots adjusted; sidewalks and green trees will be arranged appropriately. At the same time, traffic safety works (paint lines, signs, etc.) will be arranged according to national technical regulations on road signs QCVN 41:2019/BGTVT. In particular, the drainage system will be upgraded, and the longitudinal sewer system with an aperture of BxH=1x(1.0x1.0)m will be renewed from the beginning of the route to the culvert across Ha Ton Muc Street and from the end of the route to So Ruou Bridge; the lighting system will be invested in and upgraded to be modern, suitable for aesthetics... The project will be allocated from the city budget according to the annual plan and mobilized from other legal sources; implemented from 2023 - 2024.
