Towards the congress, recently in the localities of Dakrong, Tan Lap, Lia..., the Youth Union, the Women's Union, Farmers and Veterans Associations of the commune have coordinated to organize a ceremony to launch a general cleaning campaign, to decorate village roads and alleys, and to hang the national flag.

A large number of cadres, members and people in the villages and hamlets brought their working tools and divided into many groups to carry out tasks such as: Putting up signs to self-manage the village roads, clearing and cleaning the village center and school gates, collecting garbage, handing over and hanging the national flag at households; cleaning up alleys, decorating house grounds, creating a bright - green - clean - beautiful landscape, contributing to building a new countryside, spreading awareness of environmental protection in the community.

Chairwoman of the Dakrong Women's Union, Ho Thi Thuong, happily said: "The Dakrong Women's Union alone has mobilized hundreds of members and women to participate in activities to welcome the Party Congresses at all levels. This has contributed to spreading the spirit of solidarity, affirming the core role of women in environmental protection, building cultural life in residential areas, and at the same time creating a beautiful mark to welcome the 1st Congress of the Dakrong Party Committee, term 2025-2030".

From the practical effectiveness of the model "National Flag Route" implemented in Con village in 2023, on August 12, 2025, the Farmers' Association and the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Tan Lap commune launched the expansion of Party flag and National flag routes and received high response from the people. The model of the flagpole and flagpole was designed to ensure compliance with regulations and the number of flagpoles on each route, at the same time, the locality also mobilized socialized resources in residential areas and working days to cast the poles and install the items.

“The total number of flagpoles and flagpoles installed to welcome the Party Congresses at all levels for the 2025-2030 term on two roads in Hiep Hoa and Tan Thuan villages is 100, bringing the total number of flagpoles built from 2023 to present to 450. The mass organizations in the commune will coordinate with the people to organize the hanging of flags, manage, protect and preserve the Party flag and national flag routes in the commune,” informed Nguyen Trung Hieu, Chairman of the Farmers' Association of Tan Lap commune.

Previously, also in Tan Lap commune, the commune's Youth Union organized the contest "Colors of Youth - Proudly marching under the Party's flag" attracting a large number of union members and youths in villages and hamlets in the commune to participate. The contest aimed to widely propagate to union members and youths in the commune about the revolutionary tradition and glorious history of the Communist Party of Vietnam .

Thereby, creating a vibrant atmosphere among the young generation to welcome the commune party congress. According to the plan, from August 8-20, 2025, the Women's Union of Tan Lap commune will organize many meaningful activities such as: Launching a women's volleyball tournament, presenting a model of skillful mass mobilization, and the "Godmother" program for women in difficult circumstances.

“We plan to connect and sponsor 21 orphans in 21 villages in the area on the occasion of the new school year. The village and hamlet women's associations have also socialized to donate livelihood models to poor women such as: raising breeding chickens, breeding goats... These are very practical and meaningful activities that the women's associations at all levels in the commune aim to welcome the Party Congress", said Chairwoman of the Women's Union of Tan Lap commune, Hoang Thi Thanh Nhan.

Also on this occasion, the Party Committee, People's Committee, and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Lia commune organized the groundbreaking ceremony for the construction of 3 solidarity houses for poor households in the area. The commune strives to complete the construction and hand over the houses to the beneficiaries in time before the approaching storm season, helping them have a stable and safe place to live.

Joining the exciting atmosphere to welcome the congress, recently, the Party Cell of A Xing Primary and Secondary School organized a volleyball tournament that attracted many party members, cadres and employees of the unit to participate. “Previously, the school’s Party Cell coordinated with sponsoring units to inaugurate 2 classrooms worth a total of 500 million VND; started paving nearly 1,500m2 of the school yard invested by the People’s Committee of the old Huong Hoa district. All of these projects are aimed at welcoming the Party Congresses at all levels,” said Party Cell Secretary and Principal of A Xing Primary and Secondary School Nguyen Mai Trong.

The works and tasks to welcome the Party Congresses at all levels in mountainous communes focus on activities such as: Eliminating makeshift and dilapidated houses; investing in building and upgrading schools and classrooms; launching labor and production emulation movements; urban beautification and environmental cleaning; caring for families with meritorious services to the revolution; supporting economic models for poor women and families in especially difficult circumstances; promoting physical exercise and sports activities, improving health following the example of Uncle Ho...

The works and tasks to welcome the congress, though small, have great significance, demonstrating the trust and love of cadres, soldiers, party members and people for the Party. Thereby, promoting the spirit of solidarity and responsibility of mass organizations and people; determination to effectively carry out the political tasks of the unit, locality... all have faith and hope for the congress to be a great success.
