At the villages: Ta Do (Muong Tip commune), Noong Han (Dooc May commune), Keng Du village (Keng Du commune) and Po Nhi village cluster, Company 223 (Laos). In the joyful and exciting atmosphere of the festival, delegates and people reviewed the 94-year history of the establishment and growth of the Vietnam Fatherland Front. At the same time, they evaluated the implementation of patriotic emulation campaigns and movements and launched emulation movements in the area.

Cultural and artistic movements are regularly organized, attracting a large number of people to participate; weddings, funerals and festivals are held in a civilized and cultural manner; 100% of school-age children go to school.

Political security is maintained, conflicts in families and villages are reconciled, making solidarity between clans and communities constantly tightened and united, unanimous, actively supporting each other in socio-economic development. Cadres and people of villages actively participate in the movement to prevent and combat crimes, social evils, protect sovereignty and border security, contributing to firmly protecting the border fence of the Fatherland.
