(Dan Tri) - The boat capsized, fisherman Nguyen Thanh Cong was swept out to sea and was rescued after an hour of drifting at sea.
On the morning of December 20, Binh Thanh Border Guard Station (Quang Ngai Border Guard) said that a local fisherman whose boat capsized and was drifting at sea was successfully rescued.
At around 5:30 p.m. on December 19, Binh Thanh Border Guard Station received a report of a boat capsize that swept a fisherman out to sea. The victim was Nguyen Thanh Cong, 33 years old, from Binh Thanh Commune, Binh Son District.

Binh Thanh Border Guard Station mobilized fishing boat QNg 50433TS to coordinate with functional forces to search and rescue fisherman Cong. At this time, it was dark and the sea was rough, making the search difficult.
At 6:30 p.m. the same day, the search team discovered and successfully rescued fisherman Cong. Cong was drifting 1km away from the accident site.

According to fisherman Nguyen Thanh Cong, while fishing on the Tra Bong River, his boat capsized. The strong current swept him out to sea.
The darkness, rough seas, and cold weather left Mr. Cong exhausted. Thanks to the flashlight on his head, he was discovered in time by the search team.
