At the seminar, Lieutenant Colonel, Dr. Dao Trung Hieu - cybercrime prevention expert, Ministry of Public Security, informed that Vietnam has nearly one hundred million people, including more than 71 million social network accounts.

After the Covid-19 pandemic, the number of students using social networks and the Internet for learning increased. Social networks have both advantages and disadvantages, so everyone needs to ensure safety when using social networks.

Dr. Phan Van Kien hopes that the sharing of him and Lieutenant Colonel, Dr. Dao Trung Hieu will help students ensure safety when using social networks, avoiding negative and harmful things from these platforms and the Internet.

The above knowledge aims to help students ensure safety for themselves and the community, creating a safe, healthy and friendly learning environment.
