Through inspection work, the Hanoi Department of Transport Inspectorate said that it had promptly disciplined the security guards to regularly check the orderlies, require them to wear the company's uniform, draw clear lines, and use cashless toll collection technology. In cases where payment is not made via the orderlies application, the price must be collected according to the regulations.

To continue to maintain and effectively implement the work of ensuring traffic safety and urban order, the Department Inspectorate will continue to coordinate with inter-sectoral forces and local authorities to increase inspections at vehicle storage points and parking lots in the city.

From there, it is proposed that the Hanoi Department of Transport revoke licenses for vehicle parking lots that have problems with traffic organization, do not ensure traffic safety, or have committed multiple violations that have been handled by authorities.
