During the implementation of the Program, My Phuong commune has achieved a number of results such as: For Project 3 on developing sustainable agricultural and forestry production, promoting the potential and strengths of regions to produce goods according to the value chain; Sub-project 1 on developing sustainable agricultural and forestry economy associated with forest protection and increasing income for people, the locality has implemented forest protection contract support for more than 757 hectares of protective forests with 34 participating households. The area of ​​forest supported for protection of planned protective forests and production forests is natural forest assigned to communities and households is more than 1,285 hectares; the number of participating households is 821 households.

For Sub-project 2 on supporting the development of production according to the value chain, precious medicinal herb growing areas, promoting business start-ups, startups and attracting investment in ethnic minority and mountainous areas. The total number of projects linking production and product consumption according to the value chain implemented in the commune includes 02 projects, with the People's Committee of the commune as the investor, the total amount of support is more than 1.3 billion VND.

According to the assessment of the leaders of Ba Be District People's Committee, the Program was implemented in accordance with the direction of competent authorities, thereby contributing to strengthening the great national unity bloc, consolidating trust and improving people's lives. In addition to the achieved results, there are also difficulties and obstacles such as: The progress of implementation and disbursement of capital from the National Target Program is still slower than planned, especially in the following contents: Support for production development according to the value chain: Implemented and disbursed more than 9 billion VND/08 projects, reaching 47%; Support for community production development, implemented and disbursed 4.6 billion VND/12 projects, reaching 42% of the plan.

At the meeting, delegates discussed difficulties, obstacles and shortcomings in the implementation process and proposed feasible plans and solutions for the next phase.

Speaking at the meeting, Ms. Tran Thi Loc, Permanent Vice Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Council, highly appreciated the results achieved by My Phuong commune in implementing the contents of the National Target Program. In the coming time, the locality is required to continue reviewing and implementing community-linked economic models and models linked to appropriate product value chains to create jobs and increase income for people. Study relevant guiding documents to effectively implement the content of supporting residential land and housing for people. Proactively review and adjust the contents that have not been implemented to ensure compliance with the process to overcome; evaluate and urge to accelerate the disbursement progress and the implementation progress of project programs./.
