Implementing the plan of the Provincial Steering Committee for Voluntary Blood Donation, every year the Executive Board of the Trade Union of Bao Minh Industrial Park Infrastructure Investment Joint Stock Company develops a specific plan and consults with the company's leaders to organize a "Blood Donation Day" for workers. To ensure that 100% of union members and workers in the Industrial Park are informed, raise awareness, and understand the meaning of the voluntary blood donation movement, every year the Company's Trade Union actively organizes propaganda activities through forms such as building billboards and slogans on main roads in the Industrial Park, compiling content about the benefits of voluntary blood donation broadcast on the loudspeaker system, on the internal social networking sites of the unit and enterprise, arousing the noble humanity of workers in community activities. In addition, based on the actual situation, the Company's Trade Union will choose a suitable location and time to organize concentrated voluntary blood donation campaigns, helping workers to rest, not wasting time traveling, and at the same time creating favorable conditions for the production and business activities of the enterprise to take place normally. The Company's Trade Union also coordinates with the Provincial Red Cross Society, the Central Institute of Hematology and Blood Transfusion to organize propaganda, consultation, raise awareness and rights of workers when participating in voluntary blood donation such as health care, blood testing, blood compensation when treating diseases... On the occasions of celebrating Workers' Month, Vietnam Trade Union Day, in the preliminary and final conferences, conferences of workers of the enterprise... The Company's Trade Union coordinates with enterprises to organize commendation and rewards for workers who actively participate in voluntary blood donation; care for and support workers with transportation, gifts, increased allowances, time arrangement, and conditions for workers to rest after participating in voluntary blood donation...

Thanks to good propaganda and mobilization work, more and more employees in enterprises participate in voluntary blood donation. Many people, after donating blood, have encouraged their families, friends and colleagues to join the movement, becoming active propagandists, connecting everyone to participate in the noble act of donating blood to save lives. A typical example is Mr. Doan Van Duong, who has only worked at Bao Minh Industrial Park for 3 years but has participated in the "Blood Donation Festival" organized by Bao Minh Industrial Park Infrastructure Investment Joint Stock Company and the Provincial Red Cross Society 5 times. Mr. Duong said: "Thanks to the detailed and specific communication from the Company's Trade Union Executive Committee, I realized that donating blood not only helps save patients, but also multiplies the good and meaningful things in life." Once he understood the benefits of donating blood to save lives, Mr. Duong not only enthusiastically participated but also encouraged everyone in the company, family and friends to participate. In 2024, Mr. Duong mobilized more than 10 people to donate blood for the first time and asked him to continue connecting with the organizing committee to register to participate in the "Blood Donation Festival" taking place in the following years...

With the message "Every drop of blood given - A life remains", more and more businesses, individuals, union members and workers in Bao Minh Industrial Park participate in the voluntary blood donation movement. In 2024, the Trade Union of Bao Minh Industrial Park Infrastructure Investment Joint Stock Company coordinated with the Provincial Red Cross Society and the National Institute of Hematology and Blood Transfusion to organize 2 voluntary blood donation campaigns with more than 1,000 union members and workers from 17 enterprises participating, collecting more than 700 units of blood. In the coming time, in order for the voluntary blood donation movement to spread more widely, the Trade Union of Bao Minh Industrial Park Infrastructure Investment Joint Stock Company will continue to promote propaganda and mobilization to raise awareness among workers about the noble meaning of voluntary blood donation. Continue to pay attention to, encourage and promptly reward collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements in the blood donation movement and blood donation campaign, contributing to spreading the noble gesture and humane tradition of the nation.
