Also attending were comrade: Vuong Quoc Tuan, Alternate Member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; comrades of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, Provincial Fatherland Front Committee, former key leaders of the province through the periods, members of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee; leaders of departments, branches, sectors, and mass organizations of the province; leaders of districts, towns, and cities; representatives of Heroic Vietnamese Mothers, Heroes of the People's Armed Forces, generals of the Bac Ninh homeland Army; and many generations of cadres and soldiers who have worked and are working in the provincial armed forces; military units stationed in the area and neighboring provinces.

Leaders of the Ministry of National Defense, Military Region 1 and the province visited the display of models and training tools of the Bac Ninh Provincial Armed Forces.

On behalf of the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, and Provincial Fatherland Front Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Vuong Quoc Tuan read a commemorative speech, emphasizing: Over 80 years of construction, fighting and growing, under the leadership of the Party, the Central Military Commission, the Ministry of National Defense, the Party Committee, the Military Region 1 Command and the regular and direct leadership and direction of the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial People's Committee; together with the close and effective coordination of all levels and sectors, the love, care and support of the people, the Bac Ninh Armed Forces have continuously grown, matured, fought and won. In particular, the development process has clearly demonstrated the mettle of the revolutionary army, born from the people, fighting for the people; promoting the patriotic and revolutionary traditions of the heroic homeland; always absolutely loyal to the Party, the Fatherland and the people; actively contributing to the cause of national liberation, building, defending the Fatherland and innovating the homeland and the country.

Senior Lieutenant General Huynh Chien Thang, Deputy Chief of the General Staff of the Vietnam People's Army, emphasized: The Central Military Commission and the Ministry of National Defense highly appreciate and believe that the armed forces of Bac Ninh province will continue to promote the glorious tradition of the heroic Vietnam People's Army, the tradition of "Loyalty, Pioneering, Solidarity, Victory" of the armed forces of Military Region 1 and the tradition of "Infinite loyalty, steadfastness, solidarity, discipline, dynamism, creativity, determination to fight and win" of the armed forces of the province. He hoped that the officers and soldiers of the armed forces of Bac Ninh province would actively study, constantly strive, practice, and achieve many achievements in the new revolutionary period, contributing to making the golden history that generations of fathers and brothers have built, built and firmly protected the socialist Fatherland of Vietnam.
