Signing investment cooperation with Korean enterprises

Hue IPBSA and KIND signed a cooperation agreement

According to the agreement, the two sides will study, coordinate to provide information, connect in the fields of: sustainable urban development, infrastructure development, environmentally friendly industry, trade promotion - investment - science and technology - culture - tourism - high-tech agriculture and other sustainable development activities. Forms of cooperation include providing information on master planning, researching, exchanging information on investment law, promoting Hue's investment environment to Korean investors and supporting enterprises associated with KIND to conduct investment research in accordance with current regulations.

The Memorandum of Understanding is effective for five years from the date of signing. The goal of the cooperation is to promote sustainable development orientations, contributing to economic growth while preserving the unique cultural and historical identity of Hue city; promoting trade, investment, science and technology, culture, tourism, and high-tech agriculture; supporting the realization of the vision of building Hue city into a creative and sustainable urban area. At the same time, strengthening bilateral cooperation between Vietnam and Korea.

Mr. Hoang Hai Minh, Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee, shared that Hue has been implementing many programs and signing cooperation agreements with Korean enterprises. However, this is the first time Hue IPBSA has signed a cooperation agreement with an infrastructure investment and urban development company. At the same time, he expressed his hope that after the cooperation, KIND will participate in researching and implementing many infrastructure investment projects, connecting heritage in Hue; connecting and introducing Hue to KIND's partner enterprises.

The Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee requested that after the signing ceremony, Hue IPBSA plans to support KIND in investment research and conduct preliminary assessments to best support investors when they come to Hue. The city also commits to providing maximum support so that KIND and its partners can research and implement projects in Hue.
