
This year, the Award received 239 entries, including 88 entries in the Housing category; 65 entries in the Public Works category; 8 entries in the Industrial Architecture, Heritage Conservation and Adaptation category; 27 entries in the Interior and Exterior Architecture category; 9 entries in the Landscape Architecture category; 29 entries in the Planning category; and 13 entries in the Publications, Research and Architectural Criticism category.
The Organizing Committee awarded 1 Grand Prize, 5 Gold prizes, 12 Silver prizes, 35 Bronze prizes and 1 prize for the work most loved and voted by the community.
According to the evaluation of this year's Award Council, the works and works submitted to the competition are quite diverse, unique, flexible in design, and apply new technology in construction. In particular, this year's Award has many public works with high economic, cultural, political and social values as well as many works with practical significance to the community.

The National Architecture Award is an award that is selected and awarded every two years by the Vietnam Association of Architects, the Ministry of Construction, and the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism. The award aims to promote creativity, honor authors and outstanding architectural works nationwide, contribute to the development of Vietnamese architecture and raise public awareness of the art of architecture.
The award is part of the official award system of the State, specializing in the field of architecture, including the following categories: urban and rural planning; construction design; heritage conservation; architectural criticism theory... and is the basis for the State to consider and award the Ho Chi Minh Prize and the State Prize in the field of literature and art.
The reconstruction area of Lang Nu (Phuc Khanh commune, Bao Yen district) and Nam Tong (Nam Luc commune, Bac Ha district) was designed by Architects Hoang Thuc Hao, Nguyen Xuan Ngoc, Vu Xuan Son and colleagues.
The new Nu Village resettlement area is located in the sim hill area, 2 km from the old Nu Village. On an area of 10 hectares, the new village includes 40 stilt houses, a community house and a kindergarten combined with a primary school. The master plan takes the cultural house, community yard and school as the central nucleus. The residential areas are distributed into small residential clusters according to the Tay tradition.
The new Nam Tong resettlement area is located on the hills along both sides of the road leading to the current Nam Tong village (about 2 km from Ban Cai hamlet). The entire area is 8.5 hectares wide, providing accommodation for about 70 households.
