In 2023, the association organizations in the bloc regularly paid attention to and directed the organization and implementation of the patriotic emulation movement, bringing the movement into order, implementing it effectively, contributing to the successful implementation of the political tasks set out by the unit.

Of which, the total value of the Red Cross's activities in 2023 reached nearly 49 billion VND, supporting 108,780 beneficiaries, an increase of over 4.8 billion VND compared to 2022...

The Association of the Elderly successfully organized the Elderly Singing Festival from commune, ward, town to regional levels. As a result, the Ha Tinh delegation won the A prize in Region I (26 provinces) and the A prize nationwide. During the year, the association also successfully organized the launching ceremony of the National Action Month for the Elderly in 2023 in Ha Tinh.
