Well implement the arrangement of commune-level administrative units. Improve the effectiveness and efficiency in leadership, direction and operation in performing tasks of cadres, civil servants and public employees. Review the tasks and targets for 2024, effectively implement the set goals. Strive for the Emulation Bloc of districts, towns and cities to be the key emulation bloc of the province.

From now until the end of the year, the Emulation Bloc of districts, towns and cities will continue to launch movements and emulation campaigns, striving to achieve high results with the spirit of "Everyone competes, every household competes, every industry competes" to soon overcome the economic downturn.

Innovate the content and methods of organizing emulation movements with the theme "Solidarity, innovation, creativity, emulation to build Hai Duong province to develop rapidly and sustainably". Propaganda, discovery, training and replication of advanced models, new models, new factors. Pay attention to agricultural production, carry out crop restructuring towards expanding the area of ​​crops with high economic value; promote measures to increase budget revenue.

Improve the quality of cultural, artistic, sports and information and communication activities; effectively implement social security policies, pay attention to policy beneficiaries, meritorious people and the poor.

Strictly implement the Law on Citizen Reception; do a good job of handling citizens' complaints and denunciations. Promote and improve the quality of administrative reform.

Strengthen and improve the quality of activities of the Emulation and Reward Councils at all levels. Train and foster cadres and civil servants working in emulation and reward with qualities, working capacity and sense of responsibility to meet the requirements of the task.

Since the beginning of the year, the emulation blocs of districts, towns and cities have effectively implemented emulation movements launched by all levels. The total budget revenue of localities reached over 14,000 billion VND, reaching over 70% of the estimate, up nearly 39% over the same period last year. The total value of industrial production is estimated at over 180,000 billion VND, up 14% over the same period.
