Commencement of social housing project worth nearly 800 billion VND

On January 18, in Tran Quang Dieu ward, Quy Nhon city, Licogi13 Thuan Phuoc Two-Member LLC held a groundbreaking ceremony for the Long Van Social Housing project.

Long Van Social Housing Project has a total investment of over 781 billion VND, expected to be completed in December 2026.

The project has a construction scale of 2 apartment blocks with 21 floors above ground and 1 basement, with about 838 apartments, total usable floor area of ​​about 56,000 ^m2 and public works, community houses, technical infrastructure works, gardens, trees...

The project is invested by Licogi13 Thuan Phuoc Two-Member LLC, and funded by Orient Commercial Joint Stock Bank.

Speaking at the ceremony, Vice Chairman of Binh Dinh Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Tu Cong Hoang said that Long Van Social Housing Project is one of the social housing projects in the province responding to the investment program to build at least 1 million social housing apartments in the 2021-2030 period approved by the Prime Minister . After completion, the project will partly solve the demand for social housing in the province; contributing to urban beautification and landscape architecture for the area.

In 2024, Binh Dinh exceeded the social housing development plan assigned by the Provincial People's Council Resolution with 1,590 units put into use.
