The delegation visited Hai Minh fishing village, Thay Boi tower (Quy Nhon ward) and Con Chim (Tuy Phuoc Dong commune). These are places with potential to develop eco -tourism , cultural and historical products, contributing to enriching the experience of tourists when coming to the "sea paradise" Quy Nhon - Gia Lai.

At Hai Minh fishing village, the delegation was introduced to historical relics such as Ho Ky fortress, Tam Toa mountain rampart, Tran Hung Dao monument, Phuoc Mai lighthouse... along with traditional cultural values preserved by the people for many generations.

Located on a cluster of rocks in the middle of Thi Nai lagoon, Thay Boi tower is considered a special spiritual site, associated with many folk legends that attract tourists.

Con Chim attracts tourists by the pristine beauty of mangrove forests, rich ecosystem with birds and aquatic products, considered the "green lung" of Thi Nai lagoon.

After a field survey, Vice Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Thi Thanh Lich emphasized: Exploiting the tourism potential of Thi Nai lagoon needs to be associated with learning about the history, culture, and life of residents in the river and estuary areas, thereby building a suitable tourism development plan.
According to Vice Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Thi Thanh Lich, in order to develop tourism in the direction of connecting forests and seas, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, Quy Nhon Ward and the Provincial Tourism Association need to have a thorough and in-depth investment strategy. Accordingly, it is necessary to diversify tourism products, effectively exploit natural advantages and historical and cultural values; at the same time, build seasonal typical products, suitable for weather and climate conditions, connect tours/tour routes "up the forest - down to the sea" to meet the increasingly diverse needs of tourists.
Along with promoting and advertising tourism, it is necessary to strengthen links with provinces and cities across the country to create attraction and enhance the province's tourism brand.

This survey trip is also an important preparation step, contributing to shaping the direction of sustainable tourism development in Gia Lai , harmoniously exploiting natural - historical - cultural resources to bring benefits not only to the locality but also to the people.
