This is one of the five annual festivals and a unique cultural-tourism product with its own identity and brand of Sa Pa town, Lao Cai province.

At the opening night, locals and tourists enjoyed many special singing and dancing performances by singers and actors from the Lao Cai Provincial Ethnic Arts Troupe, the Sa Pa Town Cultural, Sports and Communications Center and local people.

Speaking at the opening night, Mr. Do Van Tan, Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Sa Pa town emphasized: This is a cultural-tourism event of special significance, not only marking the beginning of Sa Pa town entering a new stage of development, but also demonstrating the dedication and determination of the Party Committee, government and people of Sa Pa ethnic groups in preserving and promoting the national cultural identity and beautiful natural landscapes, contributing to affirming the position of Sa Pa on the tourism map of Vietnam and the world.

The activity is organized to introduce and promote unique tourism products of Sa Pa, thereby attracting domestic and international tourists.
