To serve the A80 mission, Hanoi City will completely ban or restrict vehicle movement on many routes from August 21 to September 2.
Specifically, the time to completely ban vehicles: from 5:00 p.m. on August 21 to 3:00 a.m. on August 22, from 5:00 p.m. on August 24 to 3:00 a.m. on August 25, from 5:00 p.m. on August 27 to 3:00 a.m. on August 28, from 6:00 p.m. on August 29 to 3:00 p.m. on August 30, from 6:00 p.m. on September 1 to 3:00 p.m. on September 2.
During the above time frames, many streets around the central area such as: Trang Thi, Quan Su, Trang Tien, Le Thanh Tong, Dien Bien Phu, Nguyen Thai Hoc, Kim Ma, Giang Vo... will limit or prohibit all types of vehicles from circulating.

To facilitate medical examination and treatment at Viet Duc Hospital, the hospital recommends that patients and their families enter the hospital through gates 8, 16, 18 Phu Doan. Patients and their families should use motorbikes, taxis, technology vehicles, buses (bus routes that stop near the hospital: numbers 01, 30, 34...) to facilitate the medical examination and treatment process.
Note, patients and their families going to Viet Duc Hospital should avoid entering from the streets: Trang Thi, Quan Su, Trang Tien during the road closure hours... To ensure smooth medical examination and treatment, patients should proactively arrange their time, arrive earlier on days when there are road closures, and comply with traffic flow instructions from the authorities.
Viet Duc Hospital is the largest surgical hospital in Hanoi and the Northern region. Every day, the hospital has over 2,000 patients coming for examination and about 300 surgeries performed.
