Discussing at the Conference, delegates focused on raising issues such as: Paying attention to investing in digital infrastructure so as not to affect the administrative procedure settlement process of agencies and units. In the action plan of the Provincial Steering Committee, delegates suggested adding more content to promote the role of prestigious people, youth union members, and enterprises in implementing breakthroughs in science and technology and digital transformation. Selecting feasible tasks to focus on organizing and implementing to avoid the situation of implementing them in an even manner. Strengthening training and fostering to improve the qualifications of staff to meet innovation, digital transformation, and artificial intelligence. The implementation of digital literacy must start from leaders, cadres, and party members.

Speaking at the conference, Provincial Party Secretary Hau A Lenh - Head of the Provincial Steering Committee requested the standing agency to fully synthesize the directive documents of the Provincial Steering Committee and the concretization of the Provincial People's Committee and departments and branches. Pointing out a number of existing limitations such as: The concretization of directive documents of the Central Committee and the Provincial Steering Committee in districts and cities has not received attention; operation and advisory work is not flexible; the quality of digital infrastructure, digital awareness, and digital human resources are also limited. Provincial Party Secretary Hau A Lenh requested the Steering Committee to adjust its tasks to suit practical conditions when the political system changes. Accurately assess the current situation, set clear goals, and ensure resources when implementing science and technology development, innovation, and digital transformation.
