This morning, October 20, in Hanoi, the Politburo and the Secretariat held a national online conference to disseminate and implement the Resolution of the 10th Conference of the 13th Party Central Committee. Speaking at the conference, General Secretary and President To Lam emphasized that the 10th Central Conference of the 13th Party Central Committee agreed on policies for many important tasks to accelerate and make breakthroughs in implementing the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress and prepare the best contents for Party congresses at all levels towards the 14th National Party Congress.

Therefore, it is urgent to bring the resolution to each Party cell, Party member and People to create consensus in organization and implementation. After this conference, closely following the contents of the Central Committee approved at the 10th Central Conference, each Party cell and Party member will organize and implement the resolution into life, turning the Party's policies into actions to create material wealth, bringing the country forward quickly, strongly and steadily.

General Secretary and President To Lam requested unity of awareness throughout the Party with the highest political determination to successfully implement the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress, while focusing on immediately implementing a number of strategic breakthroughs that the Central Committee has agreed to include in the Documents of the 14th National Party Congress.

Taking the example of the solidarity, unity and creativity of the Party Committee and the Government in turning the Party's resolutions into concrete actions, General Secretary and President To Lam praised the Party Committee and the Government of Quang Tri province for being proactive, creative and having a high strategic vision to lead and organize the implementation of socio-economic development, especially the synchronous development of the transport infrastructure system, wind power, solar power, seaports... to promote economic development and improve the living standards of the people very well.

At the conference, Politburo member, Director of the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics, Chairman of the Central Theoretical Council Nguyen Xuan Thang delivered the topic "Core contents and new points in the draft Political Report at the 14th National Party Congress and the draft Summary Report on a number of theoretical and practical issues on the work of innovation in the direction of socialism over the past 40 years in Vietnam".

Accordingly, the Central Committee affirmed that the achievements that our country has gained in 40 years of construction and development following the Party's renovation policy are enormous and of historical significance, while also frankly pointing out the limitations and difficulties in each field, on that basis, orienting solutions to continue to comprehensively and synchronously promote the renovation, construction, development of the country and protection of the Fatherland in the new period...

Politburo member, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh delivered the topic "Core contents, new points in the draft Report on the assessment of 5 years of implementing the 10-year Socio-Economic Development Strategy 2021-2030; directions and tasks for socio-economic development in 5 years 2026-2030 and on the socio-economic situation, state budget in 2024, plan for 2025; 3-year state finance-budget plan 2025-2027; on the policy of investing in high-speed railway on the North-South axis; on the policy of establishing Hue City directly under the Central Government". Accordingly, our country's macro-economy is basically stable, inflation is controlled, and major balances of the economy are ensured.

Implementing three strategic breakthroughs has achieved positive results, especially in infrastructure development. Cultural and human development, progress and social equity have made many advances. Administrative reform, improvement of the investment and business environment, and the fight against corruption and negativity have achieved many results. National defense, security, order and social safety have been ensured. Foreign affairs and international integration have achieved many important achievements, and Vietnam's position and prestige have been enhanced.

The Central Committee agreed on the investment policy for the entire high-speed railway project (350km/h) on the north-south axis.

Member of the Politburo, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Head of the Central Organization Commission Le Minh Hung delivered a presentation on the topic "Core contents and new points in the draft Report summarizing the Party building work and implementing the Party Charter during the 13th Congress term; some basic contents on amending the Party's Election Regulations; summarizing the personnel work of the 13th Congress and building directions for personnel work of the 14th Party Congress".

Accordingly, the personnel work of the 14th Party Central Committee is an important task; the "key" of "keys", of decisive significance to the successful implementation of the Party's policies and guidelines to bring the country into a new era...

It is known that Quang Tri province has 137 connecting points with more than 7,760 delegates attending the conference to disseminate and implement the Resolution of the 10th Conference of the 13th Party Central Committee.
