Ho Chi Minh City University of Medicine and Pharmacy has just announced the verification of international certificates submitted in 2025 on the system of the Ministry of Education and Training.

The school has received full data on additional international certificates on the system of the Ministry of Education and Training.
To ensure fairness and transparency for candidates, Ho Chi Minh City University of Medicine and Pharmacy requests candidates in the ATTACHED LIST to provide information for the school to authenticate certificates.
Candidates can submit directly at the school, by post or submit HERE.
Ho Chi Minh City University of Medicine and Pharmacy notes that candidates submitting applications by post must ensure the school receives them before 5:00 p.m. on August 4, 2025.
For candidates submitting via LINK, the system will close after 5:00 p.m. on August 4, 2025.
Along with the notice for 266 candidates to submit evidence, Ho Chi Minh City University of Medicine and Pharmacy also announced the list of 315 candidates who did not meet the threshold requirements for extra points.
In 2025, Ho Chi Minh City University of Medicine and Pharmacy will use many admission methods, including the admission method combining high school graduation exam results with international certificates (method 2).
With method 2, candidates with international certificates will receive extra points for all training majors.
Ho Chi Minh City University of Medicine and Pharmacy uses international certificates as bonus points in admission. Bonus points are only calculated when candidates submit certified copies of international certificates (IELTS/ TOEFL iBT/ SAT) in accordance with the conditions on the bonus threshold and within the time specified in the school's admission announcement.
- IELTS certificate issuing unit :
+ British Council (BC);
+ International Development Program (IDP).
- TOEFL iBT certificate issuing unit : Educational Testing Service (ETS).
Threshold for points :
Candidates with IELTS Academic 6.0 or higher / TOEFL iBT 80 or higher.
Candidates with international SAT certificate from 1,340 points or higher.
The international certificate is valid for 2 years from the exam date to the deadline for receiving the international certificate according to the school's admission announcement.
