Farmers' Association: Strengthening propaganda work to welcome Party congresses at all levels

Right from the beginning of preparations for the Party Congresses at all levels, the Provincial People's Council has proactively developed a specific propaganda plan and deployed many appropriate forms of communication so that the Party Congresses at all levels are communicated smoothly, synchronously and spread strongly to all members and people.

According to Ms. Le Phuong Thao, Vice President of the Provincial Farmers' Association: The Provincial Farmers' Association has directed the grassroots Farmers' Association to coordinate in hanging banners, slogans, billboards, and posters at the Association's headquarters, densely populated areas, and main roads. The content focuses on the significance and importance of the Party Congress, the outstanding achievements of Quang Ninh province in the past term. Along with that, the Provincial Farmers' Association has promoted propaganda through news and articles via the electronic information portal of the members and the Provincial Farmers' Association fanpage. At the same time, the grassroots Farmers' Association has directed the Farmers' Association to integrate propaganda content into branch and group meetings, conferences, seminars, and conduct extensive propaganda to all cadres and farmer members about the significance and importance of the 16th Provincial Party Congress on the Association's fanpages, electronic information portals, Facebook, Zalo, etc., contributing to spreading confidence in the Party's leadership and creating an exciting and proud atmosphere among cadres, members and people.

One of the bright spots in propaganda work is the Farmers' Association of Hiep Hoa Ward. The Association has carried out propaganda through many diverse forms, such as through conferences and party cell activities. At the same time, members were sent to participate in art performances to celebrate the success of the first Party Congress of the ward. In addition, they wrote propaganda articles, activities to welcome the congress, examples of good people and good deeds; works and tasks to welcome the congress on the fanpage "Farmers of Hiep Hoa Ward", the page "Hao khi Bach Dang Giang" and on the zalo page of the Farmers' Association of the ward, thereby helping to spread information to members quickly and effectively.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Ly, Chairwoman of the People's Council of Hiep Hoa Ward, shared: To promote the welcome of the Party Congress at all levels, in addition to propaganda work, the People's Council of the Ward has registered tasks and posted signs for projects to welcome the Party Congress at all levels. Typically, recently the People's Council of the Ward posted signs for the lighting project for residential areas, with a total length of 655m, with 25 light bulbs and electric poles. The total investment cost for installing bulbs, electric poles, and pulling electric wires is 25 million VND. Of which, the People's Council of the Ward mobilized support of nearly 14 million VND, and people in villages 11 and 12 contributed over 11 million VND. The project has an important meaning in serving to light up the residential road for 32 households living in hamlets 11 and 12. Along with that, the Ward People's Committee mobilized the family of Mrs. Dinh Thi Hop, Hiep Hoa 2 area, to build nearly 100m of fence from road 338 to the headquarters of Hiep Hoa Ward People's Committee, creating an image for the gateway to the center of the People's Committee as a place to visually decorate the images welcoming the 1st Ward Party Congress.

The use of diverse forms of propaganda and the effective implementation of tasks by the People's Councils at all levels not only helps raise people's awareness of the important role of the Party Congress, but also creates a vibrant competitive atmosphere, promotes the spirit of solidarity and unity within the Party, and consensus among the people, towards the successful organization of Party Congresses at all levels for the 2025-2030 term and the 14th National Party Congress.
