QTO - On January 21, 2025, the Quang Tri Provincial Journalists Association coordinated with Hai Lang district to organize the opening ceremony of the At Ty Spring Press Festival with the theme: "Celebrating the Party, celebrating Spring, celebrating the renewed homeland", aiming to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the liberation of Hai Lang district on March 19 (1975 -2025).
