Perfecting legal regulations on the Capital

The scope of monitoring is the provisions of the Law on the Capital and detailed regulations under the authority of the Government , Ministries, branches; People's Council, People's Committee of Hanoi City.

Monitoring content: Assessment of the issuance of documents detailing the Law on the Capital under the responsibility of the City; Assessment of the organization of implementation of the Law and detailed documents; Compliance with the law by people and organizations in the area.

Monitoring activities: Develop and promulgate a Plan to monitor the implementation of the Capital Law and detailed regulations; Organize the review and development of a list of legal documents to serve the monitoring of the implementation of the Capital Law and detailed regulations; Inspect, investigate, and survey the implementation of the Capital Law and detailed regulations.

Along with that, organize seminars and conferences to collect opinions from experts, scientists , central agencies, departments and branches and Hanoi City to assess the implementation of the Capital Law and detailed regulations; hold conferences to handle the results of inspections, investigations and surveys on the implementation of the Capital Law and detailed regulations.

In addition, organize the collection and processing of information on the implementation of the Capital Law and detailed regulations; Report on the monitoring of the implementation of the Capital Law and detailed regulations.

The City People's Committee assigns the Director of the Department of Justice to preside over and organize the implementation of the assigned tasks in this Plan and guide and urge departments, branches, sectors, People's Committees of districts, towns to monitor the implementation of the Capital Law and detailed regulations. Based on the actual situation and requirements, proactively issue a Decision to establish an interdisciplinary inspection, investigation and survey team. Preside over, deploy, guide and prepare reports on the monitoring of the implementation of the Capital Law and documents guiding its implementation.

The City People's Committee requests to clearly define the work contents, responsibilities and assign specific tasks to the City's Departments, branches, and sectors and the People's Committees of districts, towns, and cities, ensuring close coordination with organizations, individuals, and relevant ministries and sectors in monitoring the implementation of the Capital Law and detailed regulations in a timely, effective, and focused manner.
