Mr. Luong Dinh Thanh - Director of Ha Tinh Technical Center for Standards, Metrology and Quality was transferred to work at the Department of Standards, Metrology and Quality (Department of Science and Technology), appointed to the position of Head of the Department.

At the conference, delegates heard the announcement of Decision No. 2363/QD-UBND dated September 20, 2023 of the People's Committee of Ha Tinh province on the transfer and appointment of officials.

Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Le Ngoc Chau presented the decision; leaders of the Department of Science and Technology, Department of Home Affairs, and the Provincial Party Committee of State Agencies and Enterprises presented flowers to congratulate Mr. Luong Dinh Thanh.

Accordingly, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee decided to transfer Mr. Luong Dinh Thanh (born in 1973), Director of the Center for Technical Standards, Metrology and Quality (Department of Science and Technology) to work at the Department of Standards, Metrology and Quality (Department of Science and Technology), appointing him to the position of Head of the Department, with a term of office of 5 years.

Speaking at the assignment, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Le Ngoc Chau acknowledged the work of comrade Luong Dinh Thanh in the past time. The Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee hopes that the Head of the Department of Standards, Metrology and Quality Luong Dinh Thanh will promote his experience in the work process, continue the achievements of his predecessors, and perform well the role of State management in the field of responsibility, focusing on guiding provincial-level State administrative agencies on building and applying the Quality Management System according to TCVN ISO 9001:2015.
