With the theme "Persistence in service", this year's award honors persistent, silent actions for the community that have a profound impact on society. Speaking at the award announcement ceremony, Mr. Le Quoc Minh, Editor-in-Chief of Nhan Dan Newspaper, Head of the award organizing committee, shared: "Persistence in service" - that is the spirit of the Human Act Prize 2025. A spirit that is both close and great, both silent and fierce. Because in a world of constant change, the true value of a person, a community, a nation... is not only measured by strong beginnings, but also determined by the ability to go all the way with the right thing...".

Projects participating in the Human Act Prize 2025 will be evaluated based on 5 main criteria groups: Commitment, Sustainability, Creativity, Impact, and Spread.
Compared to the previous two editions, this year's award has many new features. For the first time, the Human Act Prize has implemented a free, in-depth training program for individuals running small and medium-sized community projects. It is also the first time the "Project Accompanying Advisor" mechanism has been implemented with a multi-level support mechanism in the spirit of "Community Creation". This year's award has the additional support of UNICEF as a Sustainable Development Advisor.
