Disbursement of investment capital for key traffic projects reached more than 50% of the plan - Cao Bang Electronic Newspaper

Up to now, the allocated capital is 2,907 billion 166.06 million VND, equal to 96.4% of the plan (KH); unallocated capital is 107 billion 326 million VND (this is the revenue from land use investment in the implementation of the Dong Dang ( Lang Son ) - Tra Linh (Cao Bang) expressway project in the form of public-private partnership, phase 1).

As of early August, the Board has disbursed more than VND 1,505 billion 126 million, equal to 50% of the plan, of which the capital for 2024 will be extended and disbursed to 2025 at VND 125 billion 652.1 million, reaching 70.6% of the plan; the planned capital for 2025 is VND 1,379 billion 474.7 million, equal to 48.4% of the plan. The reason for the slow disbursement is that most projects have encountered difficulties in site clearance; the approval of compensation plans and estimates is still slow; the construction of projects in general has not achieved the expected progress.

Particularly for the Dong Dang (Lang Son) - Tra Linh (Cao Bang) Expressway Project, phase 1 in the implementation process had adjustments and changes between the feasibility study and technical design steps, affecting the progress of implementation and disbursement of the project. Some localities have not completed the resettlement area project, have not arranged resettlement for households, so the propaganda for households to move their houses and hand over the land has encountered many difficulties.
