The State Bank of Vietnam announced the central exchange rate of VND to USD, applicable for April 15, 2025, is 1 USD = 24,891 VND, an increase of 5 VND compared to April 14.
BIDV increased from 25,645 VND (buy) - 26,005 VND (sell) to 25,650 VND (buy) - 26,010 VND (sell) per USD.
Vietcombank listed at 25,650 VND (buy) - 26,010 VND (sell), up 10 VND.

In the gold market, businesses did not change prices. The one-member LLC sold gold rings of type 1-5 at only 102 million VND/tael (buy) - 105 million VND/tael (sell), unchanged from the end of the previous day.
Phu Nhuan Jewelry Joint Stock Company continues to list at 102 million VND/tael (buy) - 105.1 million VND/tael (sell).
The price of SJC gold bars also remained unchanged. Enterprises set the price at 105 million VND/tael (buy) - 107.5 million VND/tael (sell).
On April 14, domestic gold prices fluctuated strongly. SJC gold bar prices increased by 2 million VND/tael (buying) and 1 million VND/tael (selling), reaching an all-time high of 105 million VND/tael (buying) - 107.5 million VND/tael (selling).
The price of gold rings increased lower but still rose above the 105 million VND/tael mark in the selling direction, with some places listing it above the 106 million VND/tael mark.
In the international market, last night's trading session, gold price decreased 0.7% to 3,213.69 USD/ounce after reaching a record of 3,245.42 USD.
At nearly 9:00 a.m. this morning, the gold price was trading at 1,221.8 USD/ounce, converted to be over 6 million VND/tael lower than the domestic gold price.
