Comrade Doan Thi Thuy was appointed to hold the position of Secretary of the Party Committee of Ia Rbol commune.

Attending the Congress were comrade Thai Thanh Binh - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee; representatives of leaders of a number of provincial departments, branches and sectors.

Ia Rbol commune was established on the basis of merging two communes of Chu Bah and Ia Rbol with a natural area of 154.97 km2 and a population of 10,220 people. The Party Committee of the commune after the merger has 22 grassroots Party organizations with 393 Party members.

After 5 years of implementing the Resolution of the Party Committee of the 2 communes for the 2020-2025 term, the commune economy continued to grow well, the economic structure shifted in the right direction. The total cultivated area reached 4,847.16 hectares, an increase of 734.62 hectares compared to 2020. The output of grain food was 7,028.86 tons/year, an increase of 878.36 tons compared to 2020. The total budget revenue reached 20,362 billion VND. The poverty rate decreased rapidly from 10.43% in 2020 to 0.09% at the end of 2024.

During the term, the Commune Party Committee admitted 60 Party members, exceeding 25% of the Resolution. The entire Party Committee has 12/12 Party cell secretaries who are also village heads. 22/22 Party cells achieved "four good Party cells", the Commune Party Committee achieved "four good Party committees". National defense and security work was maintained; political security, social order and safety were ensured.

Promoting the achieved results, in the 2025-2030 term, the Party Committee strives for an average annual growth rate of product value of 8.4%; an average annual increase in local budget revenue of 10%; an average annual reduction in the poverty rate of 0.05%; a forest coverage rate of 30.86% by 2030; and an annual rate of new party members of 3% or more compared to the total number of party members...

In his speech directing the Congress, the Chairman of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission acknowledged and commended the results achieved by the Party Committee in the past term. The Chairman of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission suggested: In the 2025-2030 term, the Party Committee of the commune needs to effectively exploit the potential of land and labor to develop agriculture in a sustainable and effective direction; pay attention to comprehensive development of cultural and social fields, clearly identifying sustainable poverty reduction as a key political task, associated with creating livelihoods and improving capacity for people, especially poor households and ethnic minority households.

In addition, it is necessary to maintain political security, social order and safety, firmly build the national defense posture associated with the people's security posture in the new situation, ensure a stable environment for development; continue to improve the leadership capacity and fighting strength of grassroots Party organizations. Focus on building a contingent of cadres and Party members with political mettle, moral qualities and practical capacity, meeting the requirements of tasks in the new situation; promote administrative reform, apply information technology, improve the quality of service to the people, gradually form a modern administration, towards the goal of building digital government at the commune level.

The Congress announced the decisions of the Provincial Party Standing Committee on the appointment of the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, Secretary and Deputy Secretary of the Ia Rbol Commune Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term. Accordingly, the Commune Party Committee Executive Committee consists of 21 comrades. Comrade Doan Thi Thuy was appointed to hold the position of Secretary of the Commune Party Committee.
