On the morning of October 25, Comrade Pham Quang Ngoc, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, had a courtesy meeting with the Delegation of Enterprises and Schools in the Kansai region, Japan, led by Mr. Hasegawa Keiichi, Chairman of the EHLE Academy Council.

Expressing his joy and excitement to welcome the Head of the Delegation and his colleagues during their visit and work in Ninh Binh province, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Pham Quang Ngoc briefly informed about the geographical location, natural conditions, potential, strengths and socio-economic development situation of the province.

Ninh Binh is a locality with diverse terrain and an important position in politics, economy and national defense. This is also a land rich in cultural, historical and revolutionary traditions, the capital of Dai Co Viet State with many famous scenic spots.

Ninh Binh is also the only place in Southeast Asia that owns a UNESCO-recognized mixed world heritage site - Trang An Scenic Landscape Complex; considered one of the exemplary models of successfully combining economic development and sustainable tourism while still respecting nature, ensuring the harmony of interests of the people, the State and businesses.

Those values ​​have been identified by Ninh Binh province as the foundation, resources and driving force for sustainable development.

After more than 30 years of re-establishing the province, with correct and appropriate policies and steadfast implementation of strategic breakthroughs in the direction of "Green and Sustainable" development, the province has achieved many outstanding and comprehensive results in all fields.

Economic growth rate is relatively high over the periods. The scale of the economy is constantly expanding. The structure is shifting positively towards industry and services; by the end of 2023, the agriculture, forestry and fishery sector is estimated to reach 9.8%; the industry - construction sector reaches 43.6%; the service sector reaches 46.6%, etc.

At the reception, comrade Pham Quang Ngoc, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee and comrade Tong Quang Thin, Member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee both emphasized: Kansai and Ninh Binh have many outstanding similarities in culture - history, unique and rich natural wonders. Kansai is a land with a history of thousands of years, known as the cradle of Japanese civilization with two ancient capitals: Nara and Kyoto. Ninh Binh is also the land of the ancient capital, once the capital of the first centralized feudal state of Vietnam for 42 years.

In addition, with the similarity in viewpoints on sustainable development, prioritizing the preservation, retention and promotion of cultural - historical - traditional values ​​of the nation and people as a driving force for economic, political, cultural - social development, Ninh Binh and the Kansai region have great potential for cooperation and development in the future.

The provincial leaders hope that through this working trip, businesses and schools from both sides will have the opportunity to learn and cooperate in areas such as: Foreign language training, labor supply, cooperation in developing clean industry, tourism, high-tech agriculture, etc.

After the reception, the delegation visited the Hoa Lu Ancient Capital Historical and Cultural Relic Site. This place is located in the core area of ​​the Trang An World Cultural and Natural Heritage Complex, the birthplace of three Vietnamese feudal dynasties: Dinh, Tien Le and the beginning of the Ly Dynasty.

The members of the delegation expressed their honor and pride in coming to offer incense, visit and learn about the sacred land, which still preserves thousands of years of historical and cultural values ​​of humanity, and is also a place that demonstrates the indomitable, resilient and self-reliant spirit of the Vietnamese people.
