94 years ago, on July 29, 1930, at the house of comrade Le Van Sy in Yen Truong village, Tho Lap commune, the Conference to establish the Provincial Party Committee took place, on the basis of merging the first 3 Communist Party cells of the Provincial Party Committee, including Ham Ha Party Cell (Dong Son), Thieu Hoa Party Cell and Tho Xuan Party Cell (Tho Lap commune, Tho Xuan), marking a turning point in the revolutionary movement of Thanh Hoa province.

Immediately after its establishment, the Provincial Party Committee raised high the flag of leadership in the revolutionary struggle, becoming a milestone in the history of the province's revolutionary movement.
