On August 11, a working delegation of the Navy ( Ministry of National Defense ) led by Major General Nguyen An Phong, Political Commissar of the Navy, visited and encouraged the Navy's parade and marching forces in preparation for the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day, September 2 (mission A80).
The sea parade force is actively practicing phase 2 as planned.

According to the report, during more than 3 months of training at the unit as well as in the area arranged by the Ministry of National Defense, the forces of the service always upheld their sense of responsibility and determination, clearly aware of the honor and pride when participating in the mission.
Despite the hot weather and high training intensity, all officers and soldiers strictly followed discipline, overcame difficulties, trained diligently and achieved positive results.
Up to this point, the training and practice work has been on schedule and of good quality. The standing and walking groups have been well-maintained in terms of posture, style, technique, and movements. The military vehicles have been absolutely safe.

Upholding the spirit of discipline, solidarity, love and mutual support, overcoming the sun and rain.
The Navy Commissar emphasized that this parade is not only an opportunity to propagate and educate about patriotism and revolutionary spirit, but also a profound gratitude to generations of fathers and brothers who heroically sacrificed for the independence and freedom of the Fatherland.
