"The Department of Culture and Sports now needs to develop a plan to operate and exploit the project effectively, practically and reasonably. In particular, build a performance program here on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification, which is also the time of the project's inauguration," Vice Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee Duong Anh Duc suggested.
