Comrade Hoang Trong Hung, Deputy Head of the Central Inspection Commission attended and chaired the Conference. Also attending were representatives of departments and units of the Central Inspection Commission; representatives of the National Assembly Party Inspection Commission, the Central Military Commission, the Central Public Security Party Inspection Commission, and the Tecapro Company Party Inspection Commission.
The conference listened to the software development consulting unit - Technical Application and Production Company Limited (Tecapro) introduce and perform operations on the Software.
Conference Delegates
Implementing Plan No. 253-KH/UBKTTW, dated August 1, 2025 on digital transformation in the last 6 months of 2025 of the Party Inspection sector; Decision No. 2011-QD/UBKTTW, dated August 8, 2025 of the Central Inspection Commission promulgating a statistical report form on the Party's inspection, supervision and discipline work, including the following contents: 30 statistical forms on the Party's inspection, supervision and discipline work (horizontal form); 01 statistical form on the situation of the Party's inspection, supervision and discipline work (monthly vertical form); 01 form summarizing and analyzing statistical data on the Party's inspection, supervision and discipline work (summarizing and analyzing data); 02 report forms to be implemented according to monthly, Quarter I, 6-month, 9-month, annual and term reporting periods.
The Party Inspection Department's statistical database software functions as a database, updating , synthesizing, monitoring, storing , exploiting statistical data , and implementing statistical reporting regimes according to Regulation No. 2011-QD/UBKTTW .
The software is expected to be deployed at 3 levels, including the central level (Central Inspection Commission); provincial, municipal, and central party committees (40 focal points); commune, ward, special zone, and equivalent levels (about 4,000 focal points). Once the software is put into operation, it will meet the statistical work of the Party Inspection Sector with the following advantages: Simplification, time saving, completely replacing the sending of paper reports and initially meeting the task of inspection and supervision on data .
Conference Scene
Relevant professional software and specialized databases of the Central Inspection Committee (such as the Database on Party discipline enforcement, policy monitoring and other software ) can be connected to integrate and update statistical data into the Software or vice versa when meeting technical requirements; there is a plan to connect and integrate data to ensure accuracy, safety, information security, confidentiality and approved by competent authorities.
At the Conference, delegates highly appreciated the software for its high practical value, ease of use, and ability to meet the task of reporting statistical data in response to digital transformation requirements; delegates also discussed and clarified some software features, requesting additional content for unification when put into use.
Concluding the Conference, Comrade Hoang Trong Hung, Deputy Head of the Central Inspection Commission, acknowledged the achieved results; at the same time, requested the software development consulting unit and related units to absorb the opinions at the Conference, continue to perfect the software to put into use, serving the work of statistical data inspection and supervision in the whole industry in the coming time.
Comrade Hoang Trong Hung also requested departments and units to coordinate urgently in preparing infrastructure, developing Plans and Regulations on Software usage management; coordinating with the Department of Research, Vocational Training and consulting units to train in Software usage for localities and related units to ensure that the Software is most effective in the shortest time.
