The Party Committees of the Provincial Party Committee agencies identified 3 breakthroughs in the 2025-2030 term.

Attending the Congress were comrades: Nguyen Ngoc Luong - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee; Nguyen Huu Que - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; representatives of departments and offices of the Central Party Committees in Da Nang ; 194 delegates representing 1,753 party members of the entire Party Committee and Party agencies of the province.

The political report presented at the Congress stated: Implementing the policy of the Central and the province on restructuring the organizational apparatus, the Party Committees of the provincial Party agencies of Gia Lai province (old) and Binh Dinh province were established and put into operation from February 2025.

After the merger of the two provinces, the Party Committee of Gia Lai Provincial Party Agencies (new) was established and put into operation from July 2025. The Party Committee has 12 affiliated Party organizations. As of July 31, the Party Committee had a total of 1,753 Party members.

Immediately after its establishment and operation, the Party Committee, the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the provincial Party agencies, together with the Party committees and leaders of the agencies at all levels, quickly stabilized the organizational apparatus, focused on leading cadres, party members, civil servants, public employees and workers to promote a sense of responsibility, make efforts and strive to successfully complete assigned tasks.

Political and ideological education work is focused on and implemented effectively; Party building and organization tasks are promptly deployed according to the set programs and plans, closely following the direction and guidance of superiors.

Internal political protection work ensures regulations, well implements the conclusion of political standards serving the work of admitting party members and cadres. The work of inspection, supervision and discipline of the Party is implemented according to regulations. Mass mobilization and social security work is deployed promptly and effectively.

At the Congress, delegates focused on discussing and discussing measures to overcome the limitations and shortcomings in the past and proposed many solutions to effectively carry out the tasks set out by the Party Committee in the coming term.

The Congress has identified the key directions and goals for the 2025-2030 term as: promoting democracy, strengthening solidarity, discipline, order, innovation, and building a contingent of cadres and party members with strong political ideology and the capacity to meet the requirements and tasks in the new situation.

Strengthen the work of preventing and combating corruption, waste, and negativity, in conjunction with strictly implementing regulations, conclusions, and plans of the Secretariat, Politburo, and Provincial Party Committee on implementing Resolution No. 4 of the 11th and 12th Central Committees and Conclusion No. 21-KL/TW dated October 25, 2021 of the 13th Party Central Committee; Conclusion No. 01-KL/TW dated May 18, 2021 of the Politburo.

Along with that, continue to innovate the Party's leadership method, promote the strength of solidarity, the role and responsibility of setting an example for cadres and Party members, first of all leaders and managers in Party committees, agencies and units, and build clean and strong Party organizations of provincial Party agencies.

Strengthen the Party's inspection, supervision and discipline work; strictly handle Party organizations and Party members who violate. Promote the emulation movement, successfully implement the resolutions set forth by Party Congresses at all levels, making an important contribution to the successful implementation of the Resolution of the 1st Provincial Party Congress and the Resolution of the 1st Provincial Party Congress of Party agencies, term 2025-2030.



The Congress also identified three breakthroughs in the coming term, including: Focusing on building typical, advanced models in studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style. Strongly innovating, creating breakthroughs in personnel work; effectively implementing the policy of encouraging and protecting dynamic, creative cadres who dare to think, dare to do, dare to take responsibility for the common good. Promoting the development of science, technology, innovation and digital transformation, ensuring that cadres, party members, civil servants, public employees and workers have an understanding of digital transformation, digital knowledge and skills, and proficiently apply and use digital platforms and services to serve their work.

The Congress announced the decisions of the Provincial Party Standing Committee on appointing the Party Executive Committee, Standing Committee, Secretary, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee; Inspection Committee, Chairman, Deputy Chairman of the Inspection Committee of the Party Committee of the provincial Party agencies for the 2025-2030 term.

Accordingly, Comrade Rah Lan Chung - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council was appointed to hold the position of Secretary of the Party Committee of the Provincial Party agencies. Comrade Nguyen Thi Phong Vu - Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department was appointed to hold the position of Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Provincial Party agencies. Comrade Do Tien Dong was appointed to hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Provincial Party agencies.
