Linking awareness to local practice

In studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle, the Standing Committee of Dak Glong District Party Committee determined that this is a political activity of special importance, widespread, consistent and closely linked to reality.

Therefore, the study and implementation of Conclusion No. 01-KL/TW, the whole-course topics, and the annual topics on studying and following Uncle Ho are always seriously and methodically implemented by Dak Glong District Party Committee.

Most clearly shown is that from 2021-2023, the district level had 147 key officials attending 3 national online conferences organized by the Central Government.

The district organized 119 grassroots conferences, with 3,924 participants. Party committees at all levels have included the implementation of Conclusion No. 01-KL/TW in the annual political task implementation program and plan of the locality and unit.

In particular, in the context of the complicated developments of the Covid-19 epidemic, Party committees at all levels have been flexible, promptly adapted, and effective in organizing and implementing.

Grassroots party cells and committees have innovated in propaganda and deployment to cadres, party members, civil servants and public employees through various forms such as seminars, thematic activities, social networking sites, combined with self-study...

The locality has promoted studying and following Uncle Ho's example in conjunction with campaigns, emulation movements and solving urgent and outstanding issues in the unit.

The results of studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style are considered one of the criteria for evaluating, reviewing and classifying civil servants and party members at the end of the year.

After 3 years of implementing Conclusion No. 01-KL/TW, it has contributed to creating a solid foundation for strongly promoting studying and following Uncle Ho in the new period.

The implementation results have shown the strong impact and spread of the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress and Conclusion No. 01-KL/TW throughout the district Party Committee.

Along with the work of building and rectifying the Party and a clean and strong political system, it has aroused enthusiasm, responsibility and discipline among cadres, party members, civil servants and public employees.

Build many good models

Keeping in mind Uncle Ho's teachings, over the past years, many specific and practical actions, good models, and valuable experiences in many different fields have been creating a strong influence throughout the district.

Typically, in the Women's Union, there are more and more new models and good ways of doing things, demonstrating the positivity and enthusiasm of female members in responding to the movement.

The most prominent is the establishment of typical clubs, groups and teams such as: "Culture - arts, physical education - sports club of Kon Hao" in Dak Ha commune; "Prevention of domestic violence regarding early marriage and incestuous marriage" club in village 1, Dak Som commune; "Folk dance and sports club of Phi Gle" in Quang Son commune; "Women's association model of 5 no, 3 clean" in village 7, Quang Hoa commune...

In the farmers' association, there is a movement of mutual support and assistance to develop production. Through practical work such as sharing business experiences, lending capital, helping with seeds and animals, and creating jobs for each other.

Over the past 3 years, Dak Glong District Farmers' Association has helped 42 poor and disadvantaged farmer families to develop production.

Dak Glong District Labor Federation presented 63 gifts, each worth 300,000 VND, to union members and workers in difficult circumstances.

The unit coordinated with the Hoa Cuc Kindergarten Union to donate 100 pairs of sandals to children of union officials, workers and employees at schools in Dak R'Mang commune and some agencies; supported the construction of "Union Shelter" houses for 3 union members.

The Youth Union has widely deployed Campaigns such as: "Building model values ​​of Vietnamese youth in the new era"; "Building cultural youth families" associated with "Building cultural life in residential areas", "One good news every day, one beautiful story every week" on social networks...

Many examples of young people who are good at business, volunteer for the community, and examples of individual young people who have become progressive and reintegrated into the community are being discovered and replicated by the unit...

In addition, localities and units have reviewed and selected urgent, complicated issues that have received public attention to focus on solving. Thereby, assigning responsibilities to leaders and civil servants in charge of professional matters and proposing solutions and deadlines to strive to overcome them.

Head of the Dak Glong District Party Committee's Propaganda Department, Ta Dinh Hai, said that through studying and following Uncle Ho, each cadre, party member, civil servant and public employee of the district has become more steadfast in ideology, responsibility and works more actively, scientifically and effectively.

In the period of 2021 - 2023, the whole district has had 24 grassroots models effectively implemented in practice. The Standing Committee of the District Party Committee has selected 2 typical models as points for development and replication in studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style throughout the district. These are the models "Sharing love, bringing children to school" and "Building Dak P'lao commune free of drug abuse".
