Tan Loc Commune was established and put into operation from July 1, 2025, on the basis of merging the communes: Tan Loc Bac, Tan Loc Dong and Tan Loc (formerly Ca Mau province). Currently, the Commune Party Committee has 35 subordinate Party grassroots organizations, with 913 Party members.
The Congress unanimously assessed that the 2020-2025 term took place in the context of many complicated developments in the world , region and country. However, under the leadership of the superior Party Committee, the solidarity and unity within the entire Party Committee and the consensus of the People, the Commune Party Committee focused on leading and directing the implementation of the Resolution of the Party Congress for the 2020-2025 term, achieving many important and quite comprehensive results in all fields.
With the motto "Solidarity - Democracy - Discipline - Development", the Party Committee of Tan Loc commune sets the goal for the 2025 - 2030 term to continue building a clean and strong Party Committee; improve the effectiveness and efficiency of government management and administration; strengthen innovation in the content and methods of operation of the Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations; mobilize and effectively use all resources, potentials and strengths of the locality; be proactive, innovative and creative; focus on implementing key and breakthrough areas; maintain political and social stability in all situations, avoid being passive and surprised, contributing to building a developed and civilized Tan Loc commune. The Congress agreed on 12 main targets on economy, society, environment, national defense - security and Party building.

Speaking at the congress, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Minh Luan praised and highly appreciated the achievements and shared the difficulties that the Party Committee, government and people of Tan Loc commune encountered in the past term.
Thereby, the Party Executive Committee of Tan Loc commune is required to continue to promote the glorious revolutionary tradition of Tan Loc homeland during the resistance war, as well as the results achieved in the construction, innovation and development; promote the strength of agricultural production in a concentrated direction; promote the strong application of achievements in science, technology, innovation, digital transformation in all aspects of social life; continue to innovate leadership methods, improve the capacity and fighting strength of the Party organization and the quality of cadres and party members; promote the spirit of solidarity, democracy, self-reliance, dynamism, creativity to rise above, go ahead, take advantage of opportunities, overcome limitations, resolve arising issues, and be determined to successfully implement the Resolution of the Party Congress of the commune in the new term.
The Standing Committee and the Party Executive Committee of Tan Loc commune for the 2025 - 2030 term received congratulatory flowers and took souvenir photos at the congress.
The Provincial Party Standing Committee has appointed the Party Executive Committee of Tan Loc commune for the 2025-2030 term, consisting of 28 comrades; the Standing Committee consists of 11 comrades. Comrade Huynh Hanh was appointed to hold the position of Party Secretary; comrade Huynh Ngoc Duyen was appointed to hold the position of Chairman of the Inspection Committee; 05 official delegates and 01 alternate delegate were appointed to attend the Provincial Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term.
