Realizing that there were still poor people in the area who did not have enough money to go to the hospital, Dr. Pham Hong Ky and a number of doctors and nurses in Ward 3, Go Vap District, Ho Chi Minh City established this model.
The clinic is open in the morning, Monday through Friday.
The patients who come to this clinic are mostly elderly people in difficult circumstances and poor workers. Good news spreads far and wide, the small clinic is always bustling with people coming and going.
Not only patients in Ho Chi Minh City come to see a doctor, but also patients from neighboring provinces and cities.
