Voters of Hoa Thang commune reflect many issues related to land and health

At the meeting, National Assembly Deputy Nguyen Huu Thong informed about the results of the 9th Session of the 15th National Assembly , which took place in 35 working days and completed all the contents of the proposed program. Accordingly, the National Assembly reviewed, commented and decided on a very large volume of work, of historical significance, with many important contents, closely related to the requirements of innovation, institutional improvement, and streamlining of the organizational apparatus...

Specifically, the National Assembly passed 34 laws, accounting for 52.3% of the total number of laws issued at 17 sessions of the 15th tenure; passed 34 resolutions, including 14 legal resolutions and commented on 6 draft laws. In particular, the National Assembly discussed and passed the Resolution amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Constitution of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam with the absolute consensus of the National Assembly deputies... In addition, voters also heard a summary report on the results of the activities of the National Assembly Delegation of Lam Dong province (new) at the session.

Giving opinions at the meeting with National Assembly deputies, voters of Hoa Thang commune highly appreciated the quality of the 9th Session of the 15th National Assembly and expressed their agreement that the laws and resolutions passed will make an important contribution to the development of the country...

In addition, voters also made recommendations to the competent authority on a number of related issues such as policies for teachers, retirees and some land-related shortcomings (difficulties in separating land certificates to give to children, suspended projects affecting households)... Or such as requesting clarification of a number of contents in the health sector: Policies to attract and treat doctors at local health stations after the arrangement into a two-level government; the issue of recruiting contract civil servants in the industry; the use of health insurance in medical examination and treatment from July 1, 2025.

Voters also recommended that leaders at all levels consider and effectively handle water supply projects serving agricultural production or cases of overlap between titanium mining projects and tourism projects, causing waste and ineffective exploitation. Many opinions hope that National Assembly deputies and leaders of Lam Dong province after the merger will be determined to continue developing the locality in the new period.

Receiving the recommendations of voters of Hoa Thang commune, representatives of the National Assembly Delegation of the province, relevant departments and local leaders frankly discussed, explained and clarified the issues that the people here are concerned about...

Speaking at the end of the meeting, National Assembly Deputy Le Quang Huy said that most of the opinions and recommendations of voters mainly fall under the authority of the commune and provincial levels. Through discussions with representatives of departments and branches, the leaders of Hoa Thang commune have also basically answered the requests of voters.

Regarding specific contents, the National Assembly Delegate of Lam Dong province suggested that voters should send petitions to the responsible authorities in the commune for resolution. Meanwhile, leaders and officials at the commune level must also promptly update information and policies to contribute to effectively resolving petitions for the people. Regarding recommendations beyond their authority, the National Assembly Delegate of Lam Dong province will receive and fully synthesize them to continue reporting and submitting them to higher authorities for consideration and resolution in the coming time...

On this occasion, the National Assembly Delegation of Lam Dong province also presented 10 gifts (worth 1 million VND/gift) to policy households with difficult circumstances in Hoa Thang commune.
