On the afternoon of February 27, the Provincial Police Department coordinated with departments, branches and units to organize a conference to transfer and receive a number of functions and tasks to the Provincial Police Department according to the policy of restructuring and streamlining the apparatus.

At the conference, leaders of the Provincial Police and related departments, branches and units signed the minutes of transfer and acceptance of the above 5 functions and tasks.
