Accordingly, units are required to regularly monitor forecasts and warnings of natural disasters and weather on mass media to proactively take appropriate response measures. Conduct inspections and reviews of headquarters and workplaces of units to have plans to ensure security and safety of key projects and targets, especially headquarters, prisons, temporary detention centers, records, documents, combat vehicles, technical supplies for communication and smooth communication.

At the same time, units need to coordinate closely with functional forces to grasp the situation, inspect and review people's residences, especially those at risk of landslides, flash floods, and flash floods to propagate and mobilize people to evacuate to safe places.
