The Police Force for Administrative Management of Social Order is always enthusiastic in supporting people.

With the spirit of "Serving the people", the Administrative Police force for Social Order and the Commune, Ward and Town Police have brought maximum convenience, especially for people working far away, students returning home during the holidays.

Accordingly, Lam Dong Provincial Police have arranged forces to receive people at 18 commune and ward police headquarters in the area to receive applications for ID cards and electronic identification during the 5-day holiday.

Many people brought their children to get their ID cards done on April 30.

In Da Lat city, one of the localities with a large number of people and tourists during the holidays, Lam Dong Provincial Police arranged 2 ID card issuance points at the Provincial Public Administration Service Center, No. 36 Tran Phu Street and Da Lat Public Administration Service Center, No. 5 Tran Nhan Tong Street.

In other districts and cities, there is at least one collection point to serve the people during office hours. People only need to bring their identification and provide basic information to receive quick instructions.

A highlight of this ID issuance is that citizens can make an appointment for ID issuance through online public services; perform online public services throughout the ID card reissuance procedure. The ID issuance process is carried out according to standard steps: fingerprint collection, facial photo capture, iris photo capture (for citizens aged 6 and over), information verification and appointment issuance.

Lam Dong Police also coordinated with the Provincial Post Office to provide a service of returning results via post, helping people avoid having to travel many times. In addition to issuing ID cards, the police force also actively promoted the benefits of electronic identification accounts on the VNeID application such as performing online administrative procedures, banking transactions, or verifying identity in public services. On April 30, 2025, the entire Lam Dong province received nearly 300 ID cards and activated more than 100 electronic identification accounts.

In addition, Lam Dong Police also ensure security and order during the holidays, especially at crowded tourist destinations such as Da Lat and Bao Loc. Maintaining ID card issuance points throughout the holidays not only demonstrates a sense of responsibility but also demonstrates efforts to reform administration and bring public services closer to the people.
