Techcombank chairman's son born in 1995 becomes 'captain' of Masterise Group

Businessman Ho Anh Minh, son of Mr. Ho Hung Anh - Chairman of Techcombank , has taken the position of General Director of the Vietnamese real estate giant Masterise Group.

According to information from the national business registration system, Masterise Group Joint Stock Company (Masterise Group) has recently changed the position of general director and legal representative.

Specifically, Mr. Ho Anh Minh (born in 1995) officially assumed the position of General Director and legal representative of Masterise Group from the beginning of 2025, replacing his predecessor, Mr. Tran Hoai Viet Anh (born in 1988).

This change happened quite unexpectedly. The history of data changes shows that Masterise Group has undergone many changes in the above positions. Mr. Tran Hoai Viet Anh also only took office as general director and legal representative from July 2024, replacing Ms. Phan Thi Anh Tuyet.

Regarding the new CEO of Masterise Group, Mr. Ho Anh Minh is the son of Mr. Ho Hung Anh - Chairman of the Board of Directors of Vietnam Technological and Commercial Joint Stock Bank (Techcombank).

According to Techcombank's 2024 management report, Mr. Minh owns more than 344.68 million TCB shares; equivalent to 4.87% of the bank's charter capital.

On the stock market, TCB shares are priced at VND27,300. With the number of shares he is holding, it is estimated that Mr. Minh owns assets worth nearly VND9,500 billion on the stock market.

As for Masterise Group, this group was originally named Thao Dien Investment Joint Stock Company (THDI JSC), established in February 2007. Mr. Do Tu Anh used to be the legal representative of the enterprise.

The name change to Masterise as it is now took place at the end of 2019. Along with the name change, by October 2020, this famous real estate group had increased its charter capital from VND 1,423 billion to VND 2,423 billion.

In the Vietnamese real estate market, Masterise Homes is a business that develops many large-scale real estate projects and is positioned as a branded real estate developer.
