On April 24, Hai Duong Provincial Youth Union organized the 2025 Excellent Reporter Contest with the participation of 14 candidates representing affiliated Youth Union units and bases.

The contest has the theme "Forever the revolutionary path of youth", for youth union members who are reporters, propagandists, and collaborators of Steering Committee 35 of the Provincial Youth Union.

Candidates report on 1 topic on the current situation, good solutions, new approaches, typical models in organizing research, studying, grasping, propagating and implementing the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress, Party Congresses at all levels for the 2020-2025 term; implementing policies in the propaganda and education work of the Youth Union; participating in protecting the Party's ideological foundation, fighting against erroneous and hostile viewpoints.

In the situation handling round, the judges will ask each contestant 1 situational question related to the topic the contestant has chosen. Each contestant will have no more than 2 minutes to answer.

As a result, teacher Nguyen Thi Hong Nga, member of the Executive Committee of the Youth Union of Cam Giang High School, won first prize with the topic: propagating the meaning of the 50th anniversary of the liberation of the South and national reunification.

Teacher Nguyen Thi Hong Nga provided full information and presented attractively about the historical context, the process of fighting for national independence and freedom during the period of fighting against the US to save the country, the significance of the victory of the Ho Chi Minh Campaign, the country's achievements after 50 years of liberating the South and commemorative activities.

Second prize went to teacher Luu Thu Lien, Secretary of the Youth Union of Nguyen Trai High School for the Gifted and teacher Vuong Thi Hang, Secretary of the Youth Union of Thanh Binh High School (Thanh Ha).

The organizers also awarded third and consolation prizes to contestants.

The contest is an environment for reporters to study, research, practice, hone their skills, and improve their professional qualifications. At the same time, it contributes to improving the quality and effectiveness of the Union's oral propaganda work in the current period.
