Chairman of Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee requested to resolutely clear the land for Da Lat belt road

The Da Lat Ring Road project has a total length of 7.4 km, with a total investment of VND 870 billion. The project started in July 2021 and was extended to December 2025. Currently, some sections of the project have been completed and put into use, 6 km, while about 100m are still stuck in site clearance.

According to the report of Lam Dong Province Land Fund Development Center, the total value of compensation and support approved is over 372 billion VND. Up to now, the compensation amount paid is over 342 billion VND.

149 households have handed over their land, but there are still 7 households that have not handed over their land. The main reason is that the households have not agreed on the compensation price, and there is no resettlement price...

Inspecting the scene and talking directly with the people, comrade Ho Van Muoi affirmed: This is a key project of the province with a very large total investment. The Da Lat Ring Road is a very important route, when completed, it will relieve traffic pressure for the central area of Da Lat, solving the problem of traffic jams in Da Lat, especially during holidays and Tet.

The Da Lat Ring Road project, when completed, will contribute to the socio-economic development of Da Lat in particular and the whole region in general, thereby improving people's lives. Therefore, this is an important political task that the State and the People do together.

The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee directed relevant units to urgently and resolutely focus on site clearance to soon complete the road.

Site clearance must be carried out early, ensuring appropriateness and harmony of interests between the State and the People. Strengthen propaganda and mobilization of the People, and at the same time, all tasks must be carried out in accordance with the procedures and regulations of the law.
