On November 29, Inspection Team No. 1 on urging and promoting the disbursement of public investment capital, led by Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Dak Nong Provincial People's Committee Ho Van Muoi, inspected 4 slow-disbursement projects in Dak Mil.

At projects, investors and contractors report progress, difficulties and problems in the process of implementing works and projects.

Many investors and construction units frankly accepted responsibility for the delay in disbursement. Contractors and investors committed to disbursing 100% of the capital allocated for the projects in 2024.

Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Dak Nong Provincial People's Committee Ho Van Muoi affirmed that all inspected projects have not met the schedule.

All projects have disbursed less than 30%. Some projects have even only reached 16% of the allocated capital plan. In addition to objective factors, slow disbursement also has many subjective factors.

Chairman of Dak Nong Provincial People's Committee Ho Van Muoi requested leaders of Dak Mil District People's Committee to make efforts in disbursing public investment.

“All contractors must be serious and work hard to accelerate capital. Avoid situations where the investor contacts the contractor but he is not present. Dak Nong is in dire need of responsible contractors,” emphasized Chairman of Dak Nong Provincial People’s Committee Ho Van Muoi.

Chairman of Dak Nong Provincial People's Committee Ho Van Muoi directed that currently, investors and contractors are committed to disbursing 100% of the 2024 capital plan by December 31, 2024. This is a difficult task, but the units have committed and must make every effort to implement it.
