On November 29, Inspection Team No. 1 on urging and promoting the disbursement of public investment capital, led by Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Dak Nong Provincial People's Committee Ho Van Muoi, inspected 4 slow-disbursement projects in Dak Mil.

The delegation inspected the projects: Traffic road from Dak Puer Border Gate, Thuan An Commune to Provincial Road 3, Duc Minh Commune, Dak Mil District, Phase 2; Traffic road from Duc Minh Commune to Duc Manh Commune, Dak Mil District; National Highway 14 through the new administrative center to Provincial Road 6; Irrigation project of water reservoir 35.

At projects, investors and contractors report progress, difficulties and problems in the process of implementing works and projects.

Many investors and construction units frankly accepted responsibility for the delay in disbursement. Contractors and investors committed to disbursing 100% of the capital allocated for the projects in 2024.

Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Dak Nong Provincial People's Committee Ho Van Muoi affirmed that all inspected projects have not met the schedule.

All projects have disbursed less than 30%. Some projects have even only reached 16% of the allocated capital plan. In addition to objective factors, slow disbursement also has many subjective factors.

“All contractors must be serious and work hard to accelerate capital. Avoid situations where the investor contacts the contractor but he is not present. Dak Nong is in dire need of responsible contractors,” emphasized Chairman of Dak Nong Provincial People’s Committee Ho Van Muoi.

Chairman of Dak Nong Provincial People's Committee Ho Van Muoi directed that currently, investors and contractors are committed to disbursing 100% of the 2024 capital plan by December 31, 2024. This is a difficult task, but the units have committed and must make every effort to implement it.

Chairman of Dak Nong Provincial People's Committee Ho Van Muoi directed: "Dak Mil coordinates with relevant departments, branches and units to resolve and remove difficulties related to works and projects. Specific responsibilities of each unit must be completed. In addition to projects that are behind schedule, other projects cannot be subjective. The locality strives to disburse investment capital as best as possible."
