On the morning of September 28, the Revolutionary Action Subcommittee to welcome the 23rd Ninh Binh Provincial Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030, met to give opinions on the Draft Revolutionary Action Program to welcome the Provincial Party Congress and assign tasks to the Subcommittee members.

Comrade Pham Quang Ngoc, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Head of the Subcommittee chaired the conference. Also attending were members of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Deputy Heads of the Subcommittee; members of the Subcommittee; Directors of specialized management boards of the province: Transport, Civil and Industry.

Speaking at the conference, delegates basically agreed with the content of the Draft Revolutionary Action Program to welcome the 23rd Congress of the Ninh Binh Provincial Party Committee, term 2025 - 2030. Closely following the assigned tasks, delegates also discussed and proposed solutions for implementation, focusing on selecting and identifying key projects and works in various fields and localities to welcome the Congress, ensuring feasibility and diversity of projects in all sectors and fields. Delegates also mentioned the key tasks and solutions to lead and direct the successful implementation of socio-economic development goals set by the 22nd Provincial Party Congress, term 2020 - 2025; emphasizing solutions and plans to promote tourism and industrial development, investment in infrastructure of industrial parks and clusters, creating new growth drivers for the province...

Concluding the conference, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee emphasized: The 23rd Provincial Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030 is a particularly important political event, so it is necessary to promptly develop and complete the Revolutionary Action Program to welcome it, contributing to promoting the emulation movement at all levels, sectors from the province to the grassroots, in all areas of operation in a practical, effective and continuous manner; creating motivation, enthusiasm, revolutionary spirit, high determination in the entire Party, army and people in the province, striving to compete to carry out the socio-economic development tasks in 2025, striving to achieve the highest level of socio-economic development goals and targets for the term 2020 - 2025, creating the premise, foundation, and breakthrough for building and implementing socio-economic development goals and targets for the term 2025 - 2030.

Regarding the works and projects to welcome the Congress, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested departments, branches and localities to carefully review and select a variety of sectors and fields to ensure feasibility; focus on leadership and direction, overcome all difficulties and complete on schedule.
