Share the difficulties with the sick

The Charity Group of Ms. Pham Thi Phan (in An Binh hamlet, An Phu commune, Cu Chi district, Ho Chi Minh City) was established nearly 5 years ago, consisting of 9 sisters (including 4 primary school teachers from other localities who came here to teach).

The sisters are close friends and they realized that they share the same sympathy for people in difficult and lonely circumstances, especially patients undergoing treatment, so they discussed with each other to do something meaningful and concrete to share the difficulties and pain of the patients.

Ms. Phan initiated: "Or every month, depending on their income, everyone contributes a little money to the fund. When the amount is quite large, we cook rice, minced meat porridge, bread, stir-fried noodles... together and then bring it to Cu Chi General Hospital to give to inpatients being treated there."

Generous portions of food

The sisters agreed to do it and maintain it regularly. In the first few months, they cooked about 100 boxes of rice or minced meat porridge and sent them to the only place, Cu Chi General Hospital. Gradually, people saw that this work was very meaningful and joined in to support. Therefore, the sisters organized it twice a month and the number of gifts increased to about 150 - 170 portions.

The value of the breakfast of the Nhan Ai group is not much, "little gift, much heart" but with the spirit of "the rich help the poor", the sisters join forces to share with each other to help patients in difficulty, which is worth noting and spreading.
