Party Cells of advisory and support agencies of the Party Committee of the Ministry of Science and Technology: Maintaining the role of core leadership and pioneering innovation

On July 10, 2025, the Party Cell of the advisory and support agencies of the Party Committee of the Ministry of Science and Technology (MOST) held a Congress for the 2025-2027 term, comprehensively summarizing the Party's work for the 2022-2025 term and determining new directions and goals in the context of comprehensive innovation of the Ministry.

Speaking at the Congress, comrade Tran Thi Nhi Thuy, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Ministry of Science and Technology, said that in the past term, the Party Cell had overcome many difficulties in personnel changes and large workloads to comprehensively complete the set goals. The Party Cell led the unit to effectively implement political tasks, build appropriate operating mechanisms, promote the sense of responsibility, proactiveness and creativity of cadres and party members.

Party work is maintained seriously and in order; internal solidarity and unity are high. Party members actively study and follow Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle, and effectively participate in movements and competitions launched by the Party and the unit.

At the Congress, Comrade Dinh Duc Thien, Chief of the Office of the Party Committee of the Ministry of Science and Technology, shared that the Party Cell attaches special importance to political and ideological education, organizing specialized activities associated with professional tasks. The study of Central Resolutions, Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress and directives from higher levels are implemented seriously and flexibly.

Inspection and supervision work was focused on with 5 thematic supervisions, helping to improve Party discipline and promptly correct shortcomings and defects. During the term, the Party Cell had no cases of disciplinary violations or complaints or denunciations.

Along with that, the Party Cell has also effectively implemented Regulation No. 37-QD/TW on things that Party members are not allowed to do; strengthened Party member management, collected opinions from places of residence, and evaluated cadres and Party members publicly and objectively.

The Party cell has clearly demonstrated its comprehensive leadership role, thoroughly grasping and promptly implementing the Party's resolutions and policies. At the same time, it has closely directed the unit's activities; its working style is democratic, responsible, daring to think, daring to do, creating trust and consensus within the Party cell and the unit.

The Party Cell Secretary together with the Unit's Leaders always play a central role in solidarity, creating a competitive atmosphere, working actively, contributing to making the collective one of the leading units in carrying out the political tasks of the Party Committee of the Ministry of Science and Technology.

The Congress listened to the speech of Comrade Mai Anh Chung, Deputy Head of the Organizing Committee of the Party Committee of the Ministry of Science and Technology. Entering the new term, the Party Cell determined to continue to maintain internal solidarity, improve leadership capacity, and promote the pioneering spirit of cadres and Party members in carrying out political tasks.

In the context of the Ministry of Science and Technology streamlining its apparatus and innovating financial and management mechanisms, the Party Cell sets the following goals: Excellently completing assigned political targets and tasks; Improving the quality of Party cell activities, closely linked to expertise and practical situations; Maximizing the resources of high-quality cadres; Innovating methods of organizing and implementing tasks in a professional and effective manner.

At the end of the Congress, the Party Cell of the advisory and support agencies of the Science and Technology Party Committee for the 2025-2027 term affirmed the determination of the collective of cadres and party members of the unit in maintaining the core leadership role, actively contributing to the comprehensive innovation of the Ministry of Science and Technology, for a sustainable, modern science and technology development and serving the country.
