According to initial information, at around 4:30 p.m. on January 26, businesses in Yen Minh district market, Ha Giang province discovered a fire at a kiosk selling clothes, groceries, and shoes.

Because the fire broke out in an area with many flammable objects, the fire spread very quickly, engulfing many other kiosks in the market.
